Julia Czerniak, April 13
Julia Czerniak, a Professor of Architecture at Syracuse University, teaches architectural studios as well as seminars on landscape theory and criticism. Her work focuses on the physical and cultural potentials of urban landscapes.
Andrea Cochran, April 14
Andrea Cochran founded Andrea Cochran Landscape Architecture, based in San Francisco, in 1998. The firm’s work sculpts and navigates space through a seamless integration of landscape, art and architecture.
Ying-Yu Hung, April 15
Ying-Yu Hung is a managing principal at SWA. Hung is a designer and planner with the innate ability to integrate form with function and the vision to protect our exhaustible resources with sustainable development.
Claire Fellman, April 16
Claire Fellman is a landscape architect and the director of Snøhetta’s office in New York. Snøhetta is an integrated design practice of architecture, landscape, interiors, furniture, graphic and brand design.
David Walker, April 17
David Walker is a design partner at PWP Landscape Architecture. His recent work includes leading many of the large international design projects, as well as the design for the World Trade Center Memorial and the NYC tower rebuilding efforts.
LAND Lecture: Pedro Campos, Land Planner and Landscape Architect from Zehren and Associates, Inc. will be visiting with students and lecturing on Wednesday, March 11, 2015 in NESB B101.
LAND Lecture: Jason Himick, Project landscape architect at Confluent Design in Boulder will be visiting with students and lecturing on Wednesday, February 11, 2015 in NESB B101.
Fall Into Landscape Architecture Lecture Series 2015: On November 19, Dan Euser, landscape architect and found of Dew, Inc, lectured on his water feature designs for the National 911 Memorial in NYC. On Novmeber 20, Chip Sullivan, landscape architect and professor at University of California Berkeley, lectured on drawing and storyboarding the landscape. He also led the students on an evening sketchwalk around Old Town Square, Fort Collins.
LAND Lecture: Dennis W. Rubba, PLA, ASLA, is Founding Principal of studioINSITE in Denver, Colorado and is an alum of the landscape architecture program at CSU. Dennis will be lecturing on Friday, November 7, 2014 in NESB B101 at noon.

CSU landscape architecture has more than seventy student volunteers at the upcoming ASLA Annual Meeting 2014 in Denver Convention Center from November 21-24, 2014. Our CSU students will be volunteering on November 21 and 22. If you see any of the students, please stop by to introduce yourselves!
During the ASLA Annual Meeting 2014, CSU will be having an Alumni Table at the Edible Landscape Celebration on Saturday, November 22, at the Mile High Station from 8:00-11:00 pm. This is a ticketed event and are not sold at the door.
